Worked for Ted for a few months back in 2016. All I’m going to say is it was not a great experience and the other reviews are probably accurate.

Do not entrust anything to this place. Adams is a huckster and will not live up to his word. I took in my leather couch to have the seat replaced. The price started at 180. He started to tear down and found that all the padding needed to be replaced as my dogs had peed on it. I agreed to the now 500 price tag. He wanted most all the money up front but we only would give him a little more than half. He was cash only status and said he needed the money to buy the leather and materials. I waited with no contact for over a month finally tracking him down and picking up my couch. First notice was that the seat totally did not match it's accompanying love seat but I was ready to just get it back and cut ties with this man. I get it home and the cushion has actually been glued in and excess material is just shoved between the sides. I cut off a piece of the excess and found that it is not even leather he used cheap vinyl. I will be going to the courthouse tomorrow, not because I really care about this couch but because I researched this business thoroughly and have seen the complaints from many people that he has duped. Most people don't have time to pursue people like this so they can be brought to justice. I do.

My stuff smells like smoke and I have had it for over a month. What kind of person smokes around other people’s stufd. So not professional. My slipcover for my chair is crooked and inches different between sides. Basically Ted is a crook who is completely unprofessional. He got in two different fabric colors and was going to do my chair in two totally different colors. Then he tried to blame us, “should have got your own fabric” ... don’t offer to order it for us and then blame us. Didn’t call us to let us know there was a problem with the fabric and then missed every deadline. Until we threatened legal action and then he got it done. He ruined a sentimental chair. Now instead of fond feelings every time I look at it, or smell it, I get upset.
