William is the best masseuse I have ever had! He uses a wholistic approach to his technique and has a wealth of knowledge on anatomy and overall wellness. The center always feels clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
First time going to get a full body massage in a LONG time. Got a birthday certificate and decided to go with the $100 75min Deep Tissue! Also got a bottle of Coconut Oil on the way out ( lots of great essential oil options and other things I’m sure I’ll come back for) Waiting area had a lot to look out literature wise and trinkets. My masseuse was Kim W. (There’s two Kim’s) she was absolutely fantastic! I was a bit shy so certain areas I asked she didn’t massage and she was super receptive to it. Calming music in the background and Kim’s techniques definitely worked their magic!nnI’ll be recommending this to friends and family as well as going back myself. Maybe I’ll go early to hang out in the waiting area ^__^ Thanks Kim for a great first experience as well as the awesome receptionist

I had an appointment with Kim for a deep tissue massage to address my chronic back/ shoulder pain from a CrossFit injury that occurred years ago. She was attentive to my needs, thorough in her assessment, and ultimately was able to get my knotted trapezius and neck muscles to release. I feel so much better! Also, the front desk staff and general ambiance was lovely- I will absolutely be scheduling a follow up and trying the other services that are offered.
The owner of this establishment is rude and unprofessional. I called to reschedule my appointment. Needless to say Kim was assertive in that I had received notification via email of their cancellation policy, as I began to read her verbatim what the email I received stated- with no mention of the cancellation policy; she became belligerent. She continued to talk over me, raise her voice and ultimately hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional!nnShe then proceeds to send emails passing judgements that I’m not understanding and inconsiderate that her establishment has been closed for 3 months due to the pandemic. And sharing how others donated money to them, etc.nnMaybe she’s unaware that I paid in full for a package and if I never showed up, she had been paid for services by me in advance.nnThe money isn’t a factor in this instance but more less her rudeness and level of professionalism. The ease in which she hung up the phone, talked over me, became loud makes me think she’s done this before to others. Again rude!nnI leave well enough alone and wouldn’t write such a review but praying others aren’t on the other end of her rudeness. Maybe she had a bad day but in the customer service industry, your customer should NEVER know that!nnMy money, time, and influence are valuable and I will certainly frequent elsewhere!
