The salt cave was a fantastic and grounding experience that left me feeling energized yet relaxed. Aubrey was so warm and welcoming while getting us situated for our experience. The facility and cave were clean and comfortable. The loungers and music augmented the meditative experience! And a delightful cup of hot tea was ready for us as we emerged from the salt cave! Highly recommend! A beautiful and grounding escape from the day to day shuffle! Such a treat!
A relaxing and unique experience. Staff person was very friendly. Wish there was more to the entire experience, but my partner and I enjoyed it. Good tea at the end and received a card with a personal note and a discount code for a future visit. Good for something relaxing and different with a partner or a few friends.
My mom and & I did a session here while she came down to visit. It was our first time going to a salt cave and we didn’t know what to expect. We were greeted with friendly and personable service and it was very clean. The owner was extremely kind and had a very calm demeanor. She explained everything in detail to us and it was better than expected. We left feeling fresh, and relaxed, even with a cup of hot tea!
The Salt Cave is a beautiful addition to the neighborhood! You feel deeply cared for, from the second you enter. Aubrey is incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. And the attention to detail is truly exceptional. Being in the cave is peaceful and deeply restoring. And it is most reassuring to see how much focus has been placed on ensuring that this experience is safe and accessible. I'm honored to spread the word and eager to return! How truly incredible that a place like this exists! From the moment you walk in it feels like a deeply relaxing exhale. The hosts are so welcoming, thoughtful and clear and the whole space is peaceful and uplifting. The session itself is pure magic! 45 minutes of extreme comfort in the most amazing chairs, healing sound wave therapy with headphones and chairs that vibrate with the sounds so nicely (my favorite part!), holding warm salt stones that feel so lovely, while in a beautifully made salt cave and taking deep salty breaths...love it! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone in need of some space to really relax and reconnect ud83dudc9c
