I got my first Brazilian ever and I was a bit anxious but Cynthia was amazing! She explained the process, made me feel comfortable and more relaxed. Amber in the front desk was very nice and professional. Loved the location, the parking, the service.
We had an appointment for 4:30pm this Monday for our 20th wedding anniversary. Came in since 4pm, called 19 times - no answer. Door knocked. Soooo unprofessional . Pls don’t go there
I always have a great experience at The Retreat. The prices are very reasonable on all their services.
Nothing but good things to say! Used to get deep tissue massage at other places because that's what I thought I needed to destress my super tense muscles. When I called to book, a lighter touch massage was recommended with Jace and I have never had a better experience! Highly recommend her therapeutic technique to anyone and everyone.
So happy with my facial with Carla. It's very convenient to book a service on a Sunday afternoon or later in the evening. Parking is right there, so you don't have to search Durham for the nearest parking garage. Carla was on time and very friendly. She made sure to ask me plenty of questions so she could assess my needs and goals. She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable with everything that she was doing. Facilities were clean and relaxing. I scheduled my next appointment before I left. I highly recommend you give this little gem of a spa a try if you're looking for an excellent facial experience.
