Came to get the legendary rainbow sherbet only to be told they were closed already when google has them closed at 9pm.nnIn this digital world, it is simply unacceptable that I drive to a business listed as open only to be told it’s closed.

The staff you have on currently at 1pm are my favorite employees at this location! They are so personable and the order is always correct when they work!!! These ladies rock!

Very disappointed. We ordered a special cake for a birthday party. When we went to pick it up at the time they told us and they were closed, looked like their power was out. We never received a call or anything! So we had to scramble to get another cake from somewhere else (not like we could reschedule the party). We never actually got a call the following day to apologize to try to make it right. Nothing! We called them and at first the manager said she was sorry and would provide the cake a no cost. We got a call back a few minutes later saying that the General Manager said they could not provide a free cake but would be willing to give us 10% discount. How insulting! That is less than most coupons! We already spent money on a cake and had the party, why would we spend money again? We will not be going back to them for anything. Some managers really surprise me, if they took the other route we would have likely become a customer for life and told everyone how wonderful they were. Going this route resulted in us never going back again (probably to any of the locations) and we will definitely be telling people about this.

Worst service ever. Me and my son went there in 2019 to get a stranger things ice cream, they didnt have it (which is ok), but then everytime we asked for something they kept on saying they were out. When we finally got something to eat, a huge family walked in and cut right in front of us, the employees saw and did nothing. Once they all got what they want (was half an hour) we got our ice cream, but then my sons ice cream fell to the ground and all over his shirt, a rude customer started laughing at us and none of the employees did nothing, we got a large amount of napkins and instantly left.

Wouldn't allow zero stars. Worst dunkin I have been too. It gets worse every week. Sad part, its the only dunkin on the way to work...Time to switch to Starbucks
