I’ve had it! Been going here a long time. My main thing is a XL French Van Coffee, and then I get something else with it. The last several times they don’t fill it up all the way, they stop 1.5 inches from the top (I measured it!). That is short changing me a LOT of coffee! I have also watched them top of my regular coffee with decaf in the past but I guess they were told to stop doing that so now they just don’t fill it up. Ill have to go to a diff DD, which means I won’t be going any where as much.
I get breakfast here occasionally. Only had a bad experience one time. I had asked for my money back after being told by the cashier she couldn't provide a receipt. Regardless, still a great spot for a quick bite.
What time is the supposed to open daily? App states it's open now but pulled into store at 5:42am and store is dark with no one there. I went 5 miles out of the way, could have gone right by a Starbucks.
Great experience each time ordering conveniently off the mobile app.
This Dunkin’ on Robinhood in Winston Salem is truly exceptional and the woman, I think her name is Trisha is a truly exceptional employee. I got my donuts fast in about 5 minutes! Talk about fast drive thru service! The donuts were perfect!
