Friendly staff, had a great experience taking my little girls here. Cupcakes presented beautifully and tasted even better. Even had a question about an ingredient and possible allergy before we ate one that we took home (that appeared to have nuts) and submitted a question online after hours and someone called me immediately after hours to answer my question. Impressive!
After phoning Gigi's Cupcakes of Winston-Salem we placed an order using Uber Eats to be delivered to family for the holidays. As things go during the hectic holiday times, there was a bit of a snafu, and they responded quickly and with care to get our order out the same day. We were placing our order from many states away, and truly appreciated the local service.
These cupcakes are so yummy! It seems there is a cupcake shop on every corner these days and often they look better than they taste. But Gigi's is amazing. The cupcakes and cheesecakes are beautiful, moist, and delicious. Even the frosting! The turtle cheesecake and lemon cupcake were our favorites, but everything we tried was delicious.
Cupcakes ud83euddc1 are so good! My favorite is Midnight Magic.
I have always loved Gigi and I am especially happy with the addition of curbside pickup! My favorite item is the flourless chocolate cupcake!
