I have been to a lot of Panera Bread restaurants and this is the worst I have ever been to. I always do curbside pickup or in store pickup as I order ahead of time. I order lunch from this location at least one time a week. A lot of times I am missing things from my order. Most of the time when I am missing something it is a spoon in which I need to eat anything I ever order from here. My most recent problem is when I order a curbside pickup and set a certain time for pickup, they get it ready way too early. For example, today I ordered soup and a grilled cheese at 11:00. I set a pick up time for 12:05. At 11:20 I got an email saying my food is ready. This has happened multiple times. They need to pay more attention to detail and also not get curbside pickups ready way before the customer is coming to pick up. I called on my way to the location to ask if my order would be warm at pickup as I paid $15 for my food, and would like it warm at pickup. The lady hung up on me the first time I called. The second time she said she would put it on the warmer. My soup was warm, but my sandwich felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. They need to pay more attention to detail, especially for the price they charge customers.

Great customer service plus I just joined a new coffee subscription. Which is awesome obviously I plan to get other things while there no need to leech a super affordable coffee plan! Or it might go away!

This is a very good Panera Cafe. Steady employees. Same faces. Helpful management. Great kitchen staff, and food well prepared and served. Large dining area with plenty of seating despite social distancing. Great location. Great team members.

Website wouldn’t let me order due to certain bread items not available. A very nice lady took my order over the phone and I was able to get everything I wanted. She said she would fix website on her end. Excellent Customer service today!
