OK, so I'm not a big pastry and treats person (especially for breakfast), but this place was dang good. I ordered flourless chocolate cake, chocolate cake, and a M&M cookie and everything was really, really good. One tip - come early so you don't miss out on the cinnamon rolls like we did. I hear they're amazing!
I really enjoyed my time there. It’s really open which is great. Maybe a little loud for a business meeting but just hanging out it was great. Simple, clean and white inside and with the natural light gives it a warming feel. Latte art was stunning!
Yum, yum, yum. Everything is so fresh! And the sweets are just the right amount of sweet to really enjoy the flavors.
Lavender & Honey are a mother and daughter baking company based in Winston-Salem's West End. The use seasonal and heirloom recipes to create amazing desserts, ud83cudf6a cookies, ud83eudd67 pies, ud83cudf82 cakes, and ud83cudf70 goodies. They specialize in nostalgic cakes and pies from your grandparent's kitchens as well as modern dishes. Everything is made from scratch, using organic North Carolina milled flour. They got their start doing pop-ups across Winston and also do custom orders, deliveries, and now have an amazing space to order treats to dine-in or takeaway with ☕ Counter Culture coffee to boot! They also have ♿ handicap accessible restrooms, seating and parking.
Cute new shop in a much needed spot. Sweets were good and the coffee was decent.nI would like to see them add something to the space inside for people to come in and relax more or spend some time working.
