I was actually at the gas station next door. However, this laundry, with no attendant damage my clothing before, the machines were filthy, the bathroom had feces everywhere. To top it off no one bothered to reimburse me after I went back to get the machine #s they requested via email. Unprofessional, greedy, screw the customer type people. I urge you to find another place, because it you ever have a problem or lose money here, don't even think they will care about you or your loss. Find somewhere else to wash clothes please!

Great experience with the store manager. She was able to help me out with my macbook air rental. The website does not always have what they have in the store it's best to call and ask.

Horrible employees who don't listen. Change pay totals and plans without notice. Would rather fight with you about anything rather then fix the issue to avoid future problems. Truly the worst most unprofessional group people.....

They have a bilingual staff that are very helpful to the big Hispanic community. Even those who do not speak Spanish, still help those in need. They do not check credit so you can get anything that you want from there as long as you pay. I bought my brother a tv and a game set and Rent A Center helped me out due to the fact that I didn't have the money to pay it all at once.

I rented a laptop. I had issues with the laptop, they provided a loaner, they fixed it. When I was late they worked with me. When my 90 days was up and I missed it by a couple of days they worked with me and let me pay out as originally planned. Service has always been good in my opinion. The store smells like standing water and needs a thorough cleaning. The merchandise is presented well and the staff is friendly. They call enough to make sure that you don't forget to pay, annoying at times, but that also gives you a chance to be on time. I would purchase again and have referred to others.
