I ordered a bedroom set in November. They were a little late with delivery by an hour or so, and missing a few pieces they had to bring back the next day. While i was at first irritated, their delivery person, Rudy, was beyond nice, and made everything ok. He's a great asset to the company in my opinion. I just ordered more furniture that is supposed to be delivered today. The manager there, and I am so sorry I can't remember her name, is so pleasant and nice to work with each time I have called. I definitely recommend this particular store!

Domt buy here imma mom was sold a bed that said it was brand new and then realized time later that it had a sticker saying it was second hand and had been sanitized

It's amazing how someone can change my rating and erase my comment. I told the truth on here about this place and I see the whole comment was erased. It doesnt change the fact that this place is a bad company. They change management every quarter and I will NEVER forget that they stole from me and did nothing about it but claim the guy was fired and said sorry. Even though they credited back the money- They did nothing major to fix it. I have 4 more payments with these people and I'm so ready to be done with these thieves.

My friend ordered his furniture and was told his expected delivery date was today. They gave him a time frame of (3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.) and never showed up. He wasn't provided with any updates and called around 4:47 p.m. and was told they were on the way. He waited even longer and was told at 6:30 p.m. they were still on their way. He missed work due to their lack of communication. So after waiting for hours he left to go back to his previous apartment. At 8:00 p.m. his new roommate text him that his bed is being delivered. No one called him to update him at all. Unacceptable.
