This is my second time I'm using JD Carpet We had our entire house carpeted as replacement. The install crew was very good and did a great job!! They were very professional and quick for the size job it was. I would recommend them to anyone. Great workmanship in all areas.The quality of work performed by the four installers was excellent. We needed carpet installed in the same day and they quickly responded and were able to send someone out to look at our space within 2 hours. They were very professional and installed our carpet within a few hours. It looks great! I would definitely recommend JD Carpet Inc. for your carpet install needs.

I had laminate flooring installed throughout an investment home. While this company was recommended by my contractor, the job is terrible and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Several of the corners on the laminate were damaged (hoping I wouldn’t notice) and there were multiple gaps where the flooring should have met the wall but gaps were left. For examples, there was a large 1” gap in my coat closet, another visible crumb catcher gap between the kitchen cabinet and the stove, and several other flooring gaps at the base of the interior doors. The toe molding they installed was poorly cut and uneven with the floor. The floors are wavy, creek and pop when you walk on them.nnI called the company several times plus I texted pictures while asking for assistance. Nobody returned my calls or texts. No action was taken on their part. Very disappointing.

The entire floor buckled, had to be torn up and replaced. Bill Thurston was the contractor overseeing the job (so be cautious of his good reviews of this company). We tried to give them both a chance to fix it and make it right. They did not take responsibility or fix the issue. We had to pay thousands to get it torn out and replaced properly. Best advise I can give from my experience, don’t do business with people that treat others this way. We couldn’t even get a return call from JD Carpet and Bill Thurston took no responsibility as the contractor but sure did take our money. Run !
