My experience with this establishment has been a nightmare and it was the first time i had ever been in the store.. Not only is the store manager rude he ordered wrong furniture and had it delivered and then tried to put the blame on us and then asked for more money.. They didn't show up twice for a pickup of merchandise until i reached back out to corp.. The store tries to pull a fast one after you purchase reaches 30 days and still didn't have my merchandise i originally ordered.. They push you past the 30 days so it becomes no longer there problem then they try and keep your money.. I had to reach out to corp office to get anything done and still ended up returning everything we bought.. Come to find out the store has held funds so we can not get a refund.. This store is beyond crooked and i would not wish this on anyone.. I have been battling this for 3 weeks now and still have not seen my money when the merchandise was picked up over a week ago.. I would stay clear of this company.. Corp has been no nice and helpful but yet the store still stands in my way of having it all settled.. The only upside to the store is the delivery guys they are so sweet considering they had to come to my house 3 times due to the negligence of their store manager..

Alliyah has always make sure that we're very satisfied! She's helpful, patient, and always friendly. We had a huge issue about some furniture we ordered from another saleman that she totally messed up. Alliyah was on point with making sure everything was corrected, we left happy and satisfied about our purchases. Alot of the customers are wondering why she isn't a manger yet. She'll definitely make a great one.

Horrible customer service, no regard for the customers time! Manager Sean needs training on how to properly speak to customers. This store in particular has given Badcock a bad name. I will definitely pass this info on to friends and family to not waste their time or money at this location.
