Mr. Jackson, the store manager was very helpful and considerate of what I was needing in a good mattress for a reasonable price. I only had a certain amount of money tuck away and was in desperate need of a mattress. Mr. Jackson took his time to get me an affordable mattress that supported by back issues without any strings attached. Great service and I will definitely refer my family and friends to go see him if they're I'm the market of buying a mattress.

I have not yet received delivery of items which is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. While I await delivery I must say that Jackson the sales representative was amazing!!! Knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and clearly has a heart for people and an understanding of the importance of sleep for health and well being. He was thorough, patient, fully human and not at all sales-ey. It was obvious the he is an expert who loves his work which allows him to earn a living, while also helping people in real ways. Honestly, I went in for an education ONLY, and not only did Jackson exceed my expectations, he caused me to buy the bed I thought I would first research, without ever using a sales pitch,but rather by honestly and clearly answering all of my questions thoroughly, including those I hadn't even thought to ask. Amazing customer experience from a true professional who cares deeply about his work and the people who come into the store. I recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone looking to come to a bedding decision with the guidance and support of a professional with great integrity and intention. Thank you Jackson and Mattress firm!

Jackson was super helpful! He showed me the differences in all the comforts styles of each bed that I never knew existed lol. He’s a remarkable salesman & people person. If you need a bed, he’ll show you exactly what you need! Go shop at Mattress Firm if you wanna sleep good at night!

My husband and I went in knowing what we wanted to look at. Donovan greeted us and helped us out. He was super friendly and got us taken care of quickly. We were in and out in less than and hour. Quick and painless! Highly recommend Donovan to help out.

We were greeted when we walked in which is always great. The customer service was good and the products were not too expensive. Overall my husband and I were pleased with the company. Now waiting on the delivery ud83dude9a on Wednesday.
