OMG. I'm late.....no more blueberry donuts!!
One of the employees had an attitude with another employee. Didn't poison the experience.nn9/30/20nMoved it up to a five star due to their being a small problem with our order. The absolute upstanding gentlemen that were working fixed the issue in the most pleasant way possible. They actually made the experience better. GIVE THOSE MEN A RAISE!
It’s Krispy Kreme, so you know donuts and coffee. That said, these guys should update their intercom - the drive through person couldn’t understand me and I could barely understand her.nnShe didn’t ask if wanted sugar or cream, so my coffee was black - not what I wanted.nnThey were also super slow, I checked the time and it took more than 10 minutes for me to get my order with only 4 cars ahead of me. That’s pretty slow for coffee and donuts - I’ll just go to DD in the future.
Freshly made hot donuts are amazing, team is friendly and helpful
Located on a busy street. One line drive through only on 2/25/21, although store has been open for walk-in during past weeks. Made a special trip across town to redeem an offer that was supposed to be honored during hot light hours. Sat in drive-thru line for 14 minutes. Management refused to honor offer because he had turned hot light off before the end of his store's hot light hours that are listed on their website.
