I asked for extra cream and sugar. Even repeated super sweet. The gentleman repeated my order but when Mayra ( from the receipt) rang it up, I guess she heard regular. I wanted to go back and ask for sugar, but I just decided to go to Hillsborough Rd instead. Those ladies seem to care a lot more. I guess it was good marketing to make us spend more in a day than to keep us coming back? I will not be using the Erwin Rd location for coffee again.
This Dunkin Doughnut shares a building with Baskin Robbins. I actually went for some ice cream ya'll. For the chocolate lovers I reccomend the Oreo Sundae. *delicious*
Didn't go to Dunkin, went to Baskin Robbins but I think it's a hybrid of the two, so I've based my rating on that. Last time I went the lady working was not very friendly, just one word responses with zero professionalism; This time however, experience was great, so 5/5!
Lateisha got my drive-thru order perfectly, even though it was rather complicated/specific! She repeated it back to me quickly to double-check but she got everything. Thanks so much!
Still the best donut in town with one of the most down to earth staff with a great attitude. I'll make it a point to stop the next time I am in town.
