Dunkin is more prevalent up North in NJ so is what I am familiar with. I like their variety of flavors and their drinks.
Loved the donuts
We like DD but they're notorious for getting orders wrong. This store is no exception. Two wrong sandwiches. It's always easier to take them as is and spare the hassle of fixing it.nnWe're all wearing masks and talking through plexiglass shields. Turn the club music down and we might be able to hear when our orders are up. There's a chance you might correctly submit our orders.nnThis was sad.
This is about the Dunkin Donuts on Hillsborough Rd in Durham NC. This location has been a favorite of mine for about a year now. The staff was wonderful and very courteous. However I don’t know what has happened in the past few weeks. They have an entirely different staff. They are rude and not to mention SLOW, I sat in line 15 minutes one morning and never got waited on. I finally left. This was at drive through, however inside is no better. I went .there 3 times last week and the line was out on Hillsborough Rd. Oh! and not to mention the coffee taste like it was made last week!!! I can foresee a decline in customers. Don’t think I’ll be going back, wil make my own at home. ud83dude1f
