Quick to make a sale. Quick to take your money.nTerrible management on the store level. Very poor customer service and communication from this location. Apparently they sell funiture they don't have or can't get for months. When they deliver it the furniture comes broken or defective multiple times. When that happens the manager makes offers to keep your business and doesn't back them up.nI wouldn't recommend this store.nThe company should look into better management at this location.

We had damaged furniture delivered three times. The manager Becky took our account over personally and failed epically. Poor customer service, poor communication and poor management on her behalf. Not only does she not communicate what actually is going on with a customer to upper management she bashes them and leaves out very important details to cover herself.nI would not recommend this store to anyone and I would hope that the company looks deep into who they have run their establiment.

12-8-20....We had an issue with damaged furniture that was delivered and store manager asked what could be done to make it better. Unfortunately, store manager did not meet commitment upon which was agreed. The store manager decided to make a different decision on our furniture and never discussed the changes with us. We tried reaching the store manager and left several messages. The store manager never returned our calls. Maybe the store manager never returned our call, because they know that they broke our verbal agreement.nn12-10-20...someone from Schewels responded to my post. They want to earn my business back....then return my phone call to solve the issue and don’t give lip service. ud83dudc4eud83cudffc
