This is an excellent company to work for and to do business with. That being said, I've read some poor reviews which make me question their validity. Reason being, I do not see any reposts of you giving Terrye the opportunity to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. That doesn't seem fair now does it? A good trucking company and good customers are hard to come by, especially nowadays. I assure you Terrye Ward takes pride in her company as well as service to her customers. So, to me, failure to see a repost to see just how she takes care of business, I must again question the validity of your complaints.nThen again could it be the competition's attempt to discredit Ideal Transport. Maybe you've lost some business to them because you fell short of Terryes' High Standards.

I have used Ideal for 20+ years. They are the most professional trucking company out there. They don't damage your pieces and deliver it within days! Their drivers are courteous and helpful and their office staff is superb. There is no other freight carrier that services like Ideal! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
Ideal Transport was excellent and gave customer service and delivery beyond expectation. We had a very important furniture delivery and they managed to deliver an entire week ahead of schedule! Misty in customer service was on top of the job every step of the way, a wonderful experience overall!
