I Love Love Love Melissa at the front desk!!! She took Really good care of me after a not so good experience with UHaul at the last minute.. Super nice people in the rental department. I've been twice now, and I can't complain about the service or the good folks that work there. There's a reason why they're one of the best companies to deal with. It's right inside the door at the desk.
I got there an hour early but it was no problem to them. I was checked in right away and was on the road in 10 minutes. Mike was friendly and did a great job.
Amazing staff. Melissa is a rockstar and so kind and nice. Very helpful and friendly. I would differently come back and rent from this site. Thanks so much for having such a great rep working at Penske. Thanks Mrs. Willcox
