Said they tried to deliver twice today and customer (me) wasn't available. I have been home the e tire day. In fact I mowed and washed both of my cars. I also have a driveway camera and a ring door bell camera. Checked both, nope no FedEx delivery drivers the entir day, much less twice. Why lie about something so easily. Provable? Customer service is a joke.

The reason why I give it a one star is because the Driver Lie to his company and told them he came by my house but nobody was home ( at 10:07am I had the door open) because we had a breakfast party so my house had people outside and inside... My security cámara don’t lie... This driver never show up at my house with my food... Guess what I had to pick it up at 5 pm at FedEx Distribution when I paid 297.00 to be delivered at my door with a signature upon delivery and overnight express And I still had to pick up my food that I had ordered... This really killed my heart .... and I never received a refund that’s the sad part too...

Where do I start it’s just a horrible facility, EVERY SINGLE package delivered is damaged or gets lost, How? This happens all the time! If I could choose the company for delivery, when shopping online, it would NEVER be fedex! So FedEx Newton NC location you guys are not doing your jobs right at all! No care for anybody’s packages that they’ve paid for, you guys are getting paid to be there take a little damn pride in your jobs and other peoples items!

It's about 50/50 if I get my packages on time. A lot of times they deliver to the wrong house and my neighbors usually bring it to me. But today I was supposed to get something and it was delivered to the completely wrong city. The address was correct on the tracking number. I don't know how this happens.

I have been waiting on a package for more than eight days. Everyday it says out for delivery and about 7pm I receive a text that says it will be the next day. Today 09/27/20 I receive text that started they attempted to deliver and no one was home. I’ve been home all day. I contacted FedEx. The lady I spoke with says they will attempt delivery again. One hour and thirteen minutes later I receive a text that stated they attempted delivery and the business was closed. It’s my house. These folks are riding around with peoples merchandise getting paid and too sorry to get out and deliver them. How do they get away with this.
