The service was outstanding. All employees were nice and attentive. The grilled chicken was excellent. The higher priced 10 oz ribeye was not good. It had a generic spice rub and was not tender.
I use to love the buffet. Recently, I went there to eat. Placed my order and went to sit down. No one informed me that what I had ordered was take out only. I had even told them that they we were waiting on another couple to join us. When the food was ready, it was brought to us in to go boxes. The manager even came to our table and had an attitude with us. I told her that no one said anything about it being to go only. I'm very disappointed in western steer now. I won't go back and I will inform everyone I know to be careful when they go. I use to like the place.
My son loved the spaghetti said it was good.. The Buffalo bites were amaz and I absolutely loved the honey butter.. First time coming here since I am from FL and the waitress was super nice..
Ribeye was fat and tough even at medium rare. Green beans had too much salt and yams too sweet. Salad bar was very good.
Waitress was wonderful. She had been working there 18 years! The food on the other hand was terrible. I ordered a 6oz rib eye. I don't know what they marinated it in but it had a strange taste. It was tough to chew and was dried out although I ordered medium. My friends ordered beef tips. Tough and contained brissle.
