I love my Leicester Ingles.nnThey are typically well stocked and have what I want and need.nnI'm in there several times a week. Of course it's a little more expensive than shopping at Walmart, but it is more convenientnnThe register and bagging employees are from fair to good as far as friendliness and customer service, many of them are younger

I moved around the corner from here recently and I have to say that this store is completely unorganized. Iv done my fair share of shopping in my day but the structure of isles are completely confusing. I know I’m not the only one I have had other customers ask me where items were because they were confused. The shopping experience here is bad. I dread coming here to get anything because I spend more time walking in circles looking for what I need. A customer should be able to walk in and have a good sense of how a grocery store is laid out. Here they have everything miss matched and spaced out that it’s hard to find what you need. The staff has to know this as I have asked where items where and they had to ask someone else. The staff there are friendly and courteous and helpful.

Have shopped at Ingles most of my adult life, in several locations in western North Carolina. Erwin Hills has some of the kindest and friendliest folks you could ask for, and rarely do I go in and not be able to find what I'm looking for. Great selection of goods. Very reasonable prices, especially if you have their Advantage Card. Very pleased
