I was fortunate to have a young man at Lowe’s ask if he could help me today. His name is Jacob! He was awesome! I had two projects I was working on but didn’t know what I needed but knew if I saw it, I would know.nAfter explaining the em to him, he came up with the greatest ideas and showed me where to find all items I needed. I’m now home and all his suggestions worked great! My hat’s off to this creative and most helpful young man, Jacob!
We needed to purchase a washer & dryer, spoke to Greg in Appliances. He was awesome! Since we did this all over the phone and picked up the next morning, he had everything waiting for us including hoses, venting etc. It was one of the easiest order/pick-up we've ever done. Both his customer service and his knowledge of the items was excellent. Thank you Greg!!
Needed a new Char-Griller charcoal grill at the Lowe's in Banner Elk, NC. The only one they had was slightly damaged. The lawn & garden sales associate was able to find 4 more outside up on the top shelf. I was very pleased!
Rodger in plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable. The nice lady who cashed me out was very efficient and also gave me a military discount (USAF).
All Lowes in NC have the best staff. Must be because their HQ is here. I've been to this one almost everyday for the past month
