My wife and I have owned and operated a very successful business in Natchez for 37 years. The entire time we have done business with Office Depot ( multiple computers and thousands of dollars worth of office supplies). With the recent closure of our local store we decided to try H D in McComb. A mistake in some respects. My wife made the 68 mile trip to replace our computer because the salesman she talked to on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. But after arriving everything went well until she made the purchase then the store manager stepped in and the whole experience went down the drain. My wife needed a little help loading the programs that she needed for our office and was told that if the salesman touched the computer after the purchase it would cost her extra. Well my wife spent 3 1/2 hours trying to load two simple programs with out help and the gave up so she could drive home before dark. The manager was abrupt and unfeeling and apparently not appreciative of our business therefore we will not be back. Vicksburg is the same distance as is Alexandria. This store manager needs a refresher course in public relations and personnel management, if the main office even cares.

I have shopped here many times. Overall it is a good experience, they typically have what product I need, and the prices are about as good as you are going to get on them. The store is always clean. Sometimes you do have to hunt someone down if you need help, but this is not a huge problem. Parking is always good so overall a pretty good shopping experience.

Poor customer service. I specifically ask for gloss business cards & good cashier exactly what I wanted. She said ok, charges me & I paid. She said I had to come back for pick up the next day & when I got there to pick up I noticed my order wasn’t correct. Long story short. She screwed up my order & did not try to fix or correct it! I wouldn’t recommend getting anything printed professionally from there. They will never get my business again.
