Great all around services from this facility. Thank you Dr. Lampton, therapists, nurses and cnas for taking such good care of my mother. A special thanks to Amy and Brittany for going the extra mile and assisting me with finding a primary care doctor and a home healthcare service. Thanks for bringing peace to what could have been a very stressful experience.

The facility is an older building but the staff makes up for it. They work very hard, but through it all, they have smiles on their faces and the residents see it. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who is in need and know that their loved ones will be safe and taken care of. They truly care for the residents and the residents care for them. It is more of a community than a medical facility. I only give it 4/5 because the owners need to make some updates to the building itself.

Terrible place especially to work for. Older employee treat you like tryna take there job. No team work. Office staff have picks. Never have proper material to work with. Old ran down beds. Never enough bed linen. Older workers Cna hide the bed linen. CNA's pick and choose what resident they wanna see about. Over all. Unprofessional and unorganized. Wish I could gave no star...

Everyone who comment below me is lying. Courtyard is a uncomfortable, very unprofessional, neglectful, irresponsible, dramafied, untrustworthy, and unstable a** facility. They will open your mail, lose your clothes, not bathe you, and also not schedule important doctor appointments. I think the fact that they have a cna or the maintenance driving the van is despictable. The laundry room is a disaster, and if anything needs to be renovated it is the laundry room.
