I've nothing bad to say about this hotel, but of course when I stay here it's in the cold snap that hit the area. We lost water for over 2 days and had 2 power outages. In no way are these the fault of the hotel, but I would liked to have seen more help. Delivering water to rooms, offering temporary lights or candles, there was uncollected garbage in the hallways. Again, having freezing rain doesn't make for fun times, but a little effort to try and make guests feel comfortable would have gone a long way

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to the bathroom was not cleaned there were stains all over the bathroom and toilet seat so asked for room changenBut the other room I got tithe bedding was not changed it’s was full of human hair and used dirty bed sheet. Specially at this time when rush of virus is such high stay away from sub standard unhygienic places likes this.

2nd to none! They are on top of it in customer service and cleanliness. Makes me feel so safe during this pandemic.

None of the staff were wearing a mask or wearing it properly. When I address my concerns the receptionist was quit rude,she said her mask was in the back!! Management obviously is not running this hotel!! I am now reconsidering whether or not to continue staying at the IHG propertys..nRobert

I always prefer IHG hotels. Holiday inn is one of my favorites. This hotel in Mccomb mississippi was the exception. The clerk was rude. Never smiled. The room appears to be clean until the sheetss gets pulled back and black smudge allover them. Brouggt ny own so I didn't freak out. Morning there was no breakfast served we had to leave for breakfast. One of the reasons we stay at these hotels. The excuse was the workers bever showed up.. Wow if i was the manager i would have started breakfast myself.nNever returning there again
