This was my first time going into The Mattress Firm. I was greeted by the most kindest staff. Rhonda greeted me with the most friendliest voice. She talked over my options on picking the best product for me. I will definitely go back there to purchase more items. Thank you for all your help.

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience at Mattress Firm in Collierville was excellent! Ask for Parker, the a manager. He was able to give me excellent customer service and attention to detail during a very stressful time of moving and having my previous mattress rained on. I needed something quickly and in a decent price range which he made happen. He was also able to accommodate helping me make delivery arrangements the same day. I highly suggest going here and getting special treatment + a warranty! You won’t regret it.
My experience with Rhonda was AWESOME from the day I first walked in. It was so awesome that I drove out of the way to go back to her location. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks Rhonda!
The young lady (Ronda) I think sorry I don’t remember could not have been more helpful. She sent me instructions on how to reinstall the electronics for our mattress, but I am too big to get into the bed, so she has scheduled someone to come to our house and get electronics installed. She well above and beyond to make sure we were provide good service.
