Rude staff, untrained. They don;t know anything. The manager is a hot mess. She lets the staff act like they are at home not at work. So unprofessional. She treat the black customers better than the white ones. Extremely racist

Can't believe they're renting purses now...how can they possibly repo a purse from someone? Michael Kors purses are the only ones on display.
