Great staff and selection. Lumber prices are high everywhere and they are competitive. They will prices match and give a military discount.
Always find the help I need. Returning an item is super easy. Usually have exactly what I came to store for.
Long story short, my wife and I went to get 4 sets of blinds for our house. The lady working that department came over and helped immediately. After the second set was cut, she went to get someone to get the other two sets off the top shelf. About 30 minutes later, she returned to say that she's having to help people in the paint department and that the manager was going to pull someone to help. A little over one hour later we finally get someone to finish the other two. We were there almost two hours to get blinds cut! Either hire more worker's, or teach the current ones to take care of customers they were helping first.
Great place to shop for tools and materials for jobs. Prices are a little high but only cuz it's convenient to buy the same day instead of ordering stuff online.
There was no one to help anywhere. I finally while inside the store telephoned them. I told them that I was inside the store and was looking for birdseed. I was told that it was in the outdoor garden area. I KNEW this wasn't accurate because packages of birdseed would never be in a location where birds or other animals could easily access it. But I went out there anyway to check. If course, it wasn't there. I finally found it in the main building in aisle 26 - in an area not related to the garden area.
