We’re new to Sumrall and getting all the utilities transferred is all a part of it. My stop by this office was a very pleasant one. I haven’t spoken to any other women face to face in days, due to us being new “settlers” lol ~~ the first person I made eye contact with was Teri. She greeted me with a warm smile and wanted to know what she could help me with. After completing the transfer, she helped answer other questions I had concerning other matters. Her friendly responses, words of knowledge and suggestions was on point. I appreciate her taking time out of her busy day to speak with me. Really meant a lot as a customer and a person. You have to have water and as a water company they are pretty good the ladies in the office are always friendly and fast even if I am not there to pay my bill. The regular workers have always been nice and as helpful as possible. The water is the only thing that could be better. You really should run a whole house filter or system as I do.

Today I went to pay the past due portion of my water bill. I have been behind on my bills due to my infant son needing a serious of costly surgeries and have also been out of work to take care of him. When I told the old woman that I wanted to pay the paste due balance she got an attitude with me and said why don't you just pay the whole balance. I told her I could next week when I got paid but did not have the full amount available. She proceeded to tell me it would be easier and I should just pay my bill and if I did t they would shut it off on the 18th (my bill that was past due was 18 and the current bill is 20 I believe). I am already stressed about my bills but I am budgeting for them and paying them while also making sure my child gets the medical care he needs. I don't need some judgemental hateful woman arguing with me about what I can and cannot pay and threatening disconnect to a family who has 4 children to care for. I am completely disgusted by this woman and I have no idea why she is allowed to deal with people. She obviously does not value her job or have the necessary customer service skills it takes to be a good employee. I will be looking into how to file a complaint against this hateful creature. Disgusting. If I could rate zero stars I certainly would.
