I am only giving the one star because I have don’t deserve that. Brian the manager is nice however he’s not always there. So I have to deal with Christina and Tierra and have had no good experience with them they try to intimidate and looking at other comments I feel as though they are prejudice. Customer service is very bad . I suggest Tierra and Christina be fired. Professionalism is terrible. They talk to you as though they own the company. I have seen a lot of complaints on this store and those 2 people directly and it’s as if the company doesn’t respect the customers opinions and complaints because Nothings is being done to discipline Tierra and Christina. My suggestion is that they are fired and or demoted from their position.nThey have no basic skills to work in Customer Service. They are unaware that this is their job to deal with the public. I have contacted the cooperate office and the BBB. I will continue until something is done about Tierra and Christina such as termination. This is sad that the company has done nothing but given there standard response thus far instead of taking action. I will see what other organizations I can contact to have something done about them. When the head is messed up the body follows.

I've bn doing business with the Horn Lake store for going on 7 yrs now & have no complaints. Today I had an upright freezer delivered & the delivery men said that due to the covid pandemic they couldn't bring it into my home & left it on my front porch in the box. I contacted Brian at the H.L. store & explained what happened & that there was no way possible for my 71 yr old mother or myself being in a wheelchair to get it into my home. We had not been told that the delivery men couldn't enter my home. Brian did not make any excuses nor did he hesitate to have the men return, unbox & bring my merchandise inside. Brian is amazing & I can't express my gratitude enough for him going above & beyond to help fix the situation. He's definitely an asset to the company. Thank you Brian!!!
