Escaping Reality (02/27/2020)

Had an appointment at one thirty for my son and when I went in the lady said they weren’t doing immunizations today and that I’d have to show her my card where it said that his appointment was today, which was essentially pointless because even after walking all the way back out to the car with my six month old in my arms and then going back in with the card, the other lady who came out did not care and was extremely snappy. I didn’t choose the date of his appointment—the lady at the front desk did. Definitely will not be traveling forty minutes out of the way to come back to this place.

They were very polite, professional and helpful. I read the reviews before I went and expected it to be an awful experience since I had to take my 4 children. It was not what I expected! The woman at the front desk was very nice and more than willing to help me hunt down immunization records. We were in and out of there really fast with everything that we needed.

This is the worst health department I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment on Tuesday and I couldn’t make it so one of the workers called me and asked me if I wanted to reschedule I said yes and she told me to come in at 3 on Friday. Well I run out of work to get there on time and the lady says I don’t have an appointment. I told her I did and she said she will still see me without an appointment. When I go inside the lady that’s weighing my daughter has an attitude and first thing she says is next time I come I need to make sure I have an appointment. I told her I did and she said I didn’t. I told her back with an attitude that I do have an appointment. And she asked who I told her who called and she still had an attitude. Like why are they making people appointments and then not putting it in the system and yelling at people telling them they don’t have an appointment. Thank God I only live 5 minutes from the place. I can’t imagine living far and showing up and them telling me I don’t have an appointment.

They open at 8, i have been here since 7:56 and have not been seen. It is now 9 and they have only seen 1 person but i have seen multiple workers. I don't understand how this place is taking so long just to see patients! They spend half their time laughing and walking around! I honestly thought i would be on and out before work at 9:20, No one else is here and don't bother making a appointment! They not going to see you around the time anyways.
