I have loved my stay here. My long trip driving from Georgia to Tennessee I was so ready to shower and sleep. Baymont was excellent at checking in and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. I will make Baymont my place whenever I am in Memphis Tennesse!!
Usually have good things to say about this hotel but today was terrible , made a reservation online as I always do ,go to check in and the front desk lady is trying to charge me 10 extra bucks for a second person, which the price doesn’t change if it was to say two people versus just one online. Was not pleased with services . Which is sad because I frequent this location often and now they have lost a customer !
Abhi is one of the nicest people my wife and i have ever met! He allowed us to look at our room before we got in there, to make sure it was accommodating. He had full confidence in his facility to show us a room. I truly feel that every room was inspection ready! He was attentive and pleased to assist us with any of our needs! Will definitely be coming back, and will definitely be recommending this hotel to others!
The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The service was friendly. A bit over priced and could've been cleaner though.
Poor customer service and by reading the other reviews I see I'm not the only one who thinks this is a terrible hotel. Do your homework and do not stay here. Save your money.
