First visit to this location and it was nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. During these times nobody is doing breakfast or much food service so I don't know how that would have been. Location itself is kept up and doesn't look run down. Overall it was a good stay and I'm sure I will be back.

I've stayed here numerous times and have always had a great stay and experience. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Memphis.

Awful staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was so rude and combative about our stay. Yelling at our grown kids, accusing them of being there without permission. Wouldn't speak on the phone to us without yelling and being very rude.nThe hotel itself was clean but the experience we had was not worth the $120.00 charge.

I stay at Hilton all over the world. Every continent except Africa. This place is dirty and abysmal. The room stunk and then they tried to charge me a smoking fee. The COVID stickers to control room access fell off instead of tearing. Spiders too. Coffee cups leaked! Epic low quality at this location. Just call this place a Clarion, not a Hilton Garden Inn

The stay is awesome but it’s one front staff lady that is always rude when I call or stay here. She seems unhappy working there.
