Very Comfortable Stay!nWe planned a get away from the Illinois cold & snow so I read many reviews about hotels in Memphis. Too many had reviews that were not so good during Covid-19.nHome2 Suites by Hilton in Olive Branch did not disappoint at all! The hotel is located in a mall area with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a pet store, etc.nThe lobby, fitness facility, and laundry room are clean and welcoming. The hotel’s store items are reasonably priced. Breakfast has a good selection and is setup perfectly for Covid.nThe suite has lots of space, a kitchenette with full refrigerator, comfortable bed, and a relaxing shower with great water pressure.nThe staff is absolutely wonderful and it’s a busy hotel!  Huge thanks to Kenya, Princess, Kim, Ebony, and GM Myron, with special thanks to Talmous who always asked if things were going well and answered all our questions before we arrived and during our stay.  Special thanks also to Dee Dee, who was on top of ensuring that everything felt and smelled clean.  Our Yorkie was excited with Dee Dee’s daily greetings.nWe would definitely recommend this hotel to others.  It was truly a pleasure to stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Olive Branch. We will be back!

Very disappointing. Stains all over our carpet, dirty handprints on the walls, broken signs in elevator. Broken shower gel dispensers, and missing pillows/sheets for the pull out bed. The front desk staff was kind and helpful however, and helped us with guests beneath us who's dogs were barking incessantly. The facility itself however is not clean and leaves a lot to be desired. We would not choose to stay here again.

The room wasn’t clean. I had a 10 month old with me and found a pill just under the bed when her bottle rolled under it. That easily could’ve been a very dangerous situation. There was also two rose pedals which sort of grossed me out. There was also no toilet paper in my room? Not even a single roll. Was not pleased at all.
