Called for covid test. Said they didn’t do and couldn’t help me where to get. Very very rude. Aren’t they our health department WE pay for? I’d be ashamed.

They are so rude and unprofessional here even the nurses. Customer service and patient care is horrible here. I will not be bringing me or my children back here to this location.

Every time I call they are always RUDE! Even the nurse! Can never give me a straight forward answer, have to talk to 3 ppl and still can’t get an answer

Look I just got hung up on from a very rude lady. I hope you see this. You should feel very ashamed of yourself. I need to see a Dr. To get a pap smear cause something is going on and I have no health insurance but I can't cause of rude people there.now I gotta find a different place if I can. Hope nothing happens to me thank you women in Hernando office.

The phones are always busy, and the workers are so rude and unprofessional. It doesn't help with the virus because you can't walk up there and be seen. And you can't be seen without an appointment, but you can't make an appointment because they never answer the phones. I finally got through one time, but the woman answered, she said she was on lunch and hung up on me.
