Ordered curbside and was very pleased. Fast, fresh, friendly, accurate order. The prices may seem high to some people, but have you seen how much a shake costs at a fast food chain lately? For only a tad more you can have something way better! Even the smallest size is more than adequate for kids and mine typically pop it in the freezer and have some left for the next day.
No question the ice cream is good. The prices are high for what you get. My daughter wanted a cake for her birthday. It did not taste like a 35.00 cake should, and it was very small for the price. Won’t be doing that again.
Went in just now and got rushed through handed me my ice cream without asking if I wanted toppings and my husband had to tell her I wasn't done she got aggravated and snatched it off the counter. We told them our three ice creams were to go and we got no lids and my husband got no spoon they just seemed like they were upset they had to work. Not happy
I left actually pretty irritated. I went to get a cake for my daughter. the girl making my personal icecream, snapped at me to put the cake in the freezer until after I had paid. I bit my tongue and didn't say anything about it. but the more I think about it the more it really seems offensive. To top it off she still felt the need to ask for a tip. y'all got some nerve, but not a lot in the way of manners.
Ice cream is delish..My husband and I stop at least once a month. Clean, friendly and great staff.
