We came into the store on a Friday and found a love seat we liked but wanted a day to think on it. I called the next day and was informed it had sold. ud83dude14 BUT! They offered to bring another on in and would have it by Monday. Sure enough Monday rolled around and I was messaged that our love seat was in! It was delivered the same evening! Had an awesome experience with ideal furniture! My sales person was very knowledgeable, good customer service, professional and very polite. He listened and acknowledge my concerns . We went in for a new box spring and ended up with a whole new bedroom set and mattress. We were not rushed into a decision, got great service and advice. The mattress is perfect and I haven't slept so well in years. I look forward to doing more business with Ideal.
