I haven't been able to have a new bed in years and didn't know where to start. Jeff came to my rescue!! From knowing nothing he educated me to what I need and what would fit my budget all the way down to getting my ticket prepared and sent to me so I can have my bed delivered. I am unfortunately wheelchair bound due to an accident and he has made this experience not only smooth but exciting!!!!! I most definitely will be getting more beds for my children soon. Mr. Topps was so professional, polite and welcoming. He knew the product, answered all my question and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely be returning.
