I visited the Florissant Missouri location on 3/28/21 we had to stand in line for about 45 minutes. We got there at 7:15 and it was only six people in front of us outside standing in line which made it three people in the store we did not leave with our order complete until 8:10. The servers were all over the place not friendly, not helpful and very slow. They were disorganized crossing over top of each other just a completely confusing moment in time. I will never return to this location. The service was horrible. Ice cream was delicious.

nothing in my pickup order was chopped up and mixed in. It was just vanilla ice cream with giant chunks of cookie dough and whole oreos. Paid for brownie pieces to be mixed in as well and there wasn't even one. Extremely disappointed.

They never get any orders right. Seriously frustrating when their prices are as high as they are. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

I get the best service when I come 2 Cold Stone Creamery you all have the best ice cream ever keep up the good work I just have one suggestion for you all please clean the front glass you can see all kind of fingerprints and things where people have touched isn't a good look but you all have good service and your store is always clean I just noticed the fingerprints while waiting on the gentleman fixing my ice cream you all have a blessed day be safe make everybody keep a mask on

I would have gave it 5 stars if they had a vegan option. And when I asked about a vegan to of the employees decided to have a full conversation about how being a vegan sucks and vegetarian is better.
