Should a person eat cake for breakfast? (Sigh), we all know the answer to that, so I ate the cherry strudel instead.nnBut....I wanted everything in her bakery case!nnMany of Lia’s goodies are vegan and/or gluten-free, and everything I have had there has been delicious.nnToday’s delights were a cherry strudel and an unnamed mini-cake. The cherry turnover was so flaky and full of cherries...and way too messy to be eating in my car, but I did it anyway.nnThe mini cake had everything I wanted, a little chocolate a little vanilla, and...Oreo icing!! It was the perfect treat.nnMade. By Lia is easy to get to, on the main drag in Old Town Florissant. Small, cute, bright, cheery and clean, I am happy to have this place nearby.

The staff was very welcoming and took the time to explain all the baked goods I had questions about. Plenty of gluten free options if that is important to you. The coffee they offer is roasted locally by NoCo Roasting and they had a few varieties, all very good. They helped make the day special for my Valentine! Thanks, Lia!

Best scones ever!!! I had the chive & onion. The atmosphere was delightful. People were so friendly. Mocha was DELICIOUS!! My new addiction. I am so thankful she opened here in Florissant. I am going back again on Saturday. I think it is going to be my Saturday routine.

This cute little place caught my eye when driving by, and I had to stop in! I was not disappointed. They have a few things for purchase, one of them being from a local artist (bee in the bucket) that I love! It’s exciting to see local businesses empowering each other.nAll of the goodies looked delicious and were super reasonably priced! I got the vegan donut and wished I had a second. (;nI will definitely be back.

Adorable little shop. Super nice and helpful employees. So many delicious things to choose from... And I tried most of the things available. Great coffee as well, iced or hot. Such a cute place with outdoor and eventually some indoor seating. This lady is a world class baker. The texture and flavor of everything was on point!
