This St. Louis Bread Co. location is wonderful! The employees are always cheerful and helpful, even on crazy busy days. My orders are ready pretty quickly. And on the rare occasions (read: unusually super busy) they let me know that it's going to take a little longer.nGreat employees! Great food! One of my favorite places for a quick bite.
I've only had there breakfast twice, but I mainly go for brunch and lunch. There cinnamon crunch bagels are the best!...there frappe is really good and I always get pick two. ud83eudd17

Today service was very slow. The drive through line was long so I went in. I think it would have been quicker to stay in the line. Several people were bringing their food back because their order was wrong . The food was good when I did get it
The food is usually great but the customer service needs MAJOR work. At minimum, all associates and managers should be at least acknowledging each customer that walks in the door. It’s not a great feeling to walk into somewhere that you’re gonna spend money and be met with nasty stares or ignored altogether.
