Great first time experience! Katie was super helpful. She had great vibes, super positive and outgoing. I tried the VersaPro during their promo weekend. Great price for the promo. I will be back!
False advertising. Says no commitments but then when you go you have to put a card on file and go thru at least 2 billing Cycle and then cancel it. Sounds like a commitment to me! It also says friends tan free. Which is basically a lie. They can only use a level one bed. Which when you ask them about the levels. A level one is only to maintain a tan. Not to build a tan. So disappointed. I thought wow for once I can get something for my daughter and myself. Wrong.
I had an issue with my monthly billing after I moved out of town. I contacted them of the billing error and I was refunded the same day!!nIt is a joy to work with a customer service oriented company. I will miss the kind staff at the Winghaven location.
Love Fit N Tan! I’ve actually worked at tanning salons before, and I would say that their services and products out perform all of the other tanning salons I’ve been to... including the ones that I’ve worked at. Also, the customer service there is impeccable! Everybody who works in this salon is very knowledgeable and friendly! 100% would recommend.
The staff is always helpful, the facilities are clean!! They have great specials! I’ve been to other tan spas and this one is my favorite by far. Would recommend to anyone!!
