I was told one thing by the consultant on a call about the treatment and the availability of appointments. When I called your center, I was given different (and likely correct information). I tried to reach the consultant via email to cancel and have yet to hear back from her. I now have to deal with multiple steps through my credit card company. It shouldn't be this difficult to get an assessment, an accurate appointment range or cancel.
Everyone at ideal is very professional and very kind. Starting as a new patient I was very nervous, but each visit has been easy and simple. Everything was clearly explained before each session and they make sure I am well taken care of. I love that they are always on time too! Always a plus!
Melissa was amazing! Very sweet, genuine, & did an amazing job on my very faded previously micro bladed eyebrows! I had micro blading done 1 1/2 yrs ago & they were in desperate need of help!! She nailed it & brought them back to life! I love em & very happy w/ her talented work! I highly recommend if you want micro blading for the 1st time or need a redo, Melissa is your girl! I’m loving getting laser hair removal treatment here! I highly recommend Ideal Image for anyone struggling with unwanted facial or body hair. I LOVE this location! Nikki and Rachel at the front desk are always so fun to talk to! I have had several different nurses and they are all amazing as well. I purchased the membership and will continue getting my botox and filler here, the prices can't be beat! Thank you Ideal Image in Winghaven!
