Fantastic service! The gentleman helping me was very patient with us and even let my 4 year old daughter feed the fish in the tank. I figured that when the prices came back they would be higher than the big box stores, but it ended up being quite a bit less. I have been very impressed

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Terrible customer service. Go to Lowes or Hone Depot!!!..Paul a sales rep i was dealing with...took him over a week & 2 phone calls to come to my home. Going on 3 weeks since then and 4 phones calls to get him to return my call to follow up on my issue..He's not very customer service oriented...Left message for his mgr to call, thinking he may want to know what an employee is are isn't doing! Haven't heard anything from mgr as well. I guess that's how they train folks. Out of site out of mind...
