Adam was INCREDIBLE! He helped my husband and I find exactly what we needed and made sure we got every discount available to us. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and didn't pressure us into buying. He told us he would give us the information and allow us time to decide on our own. That's exactly what he did. He even gave us tips on how to test the mattress to make sure it was right for us.nnInitially, I was going to give four (4) stars because we weren't greeted when we went into the store and no one came over to offer assistance, but after observing for a while I realized they just kind of let customers come in and do their own thing. It's more laid back and you don't feel pressure and end up making an impulse buy.
I have used Slumberland for furniture on several occasions. We have always gotten the best in customer service. We always work with Hillari but all staff are helpful. We have purchased whole house items for a home we built. The quality of the furniture was great. We purchased everything from mattresses to side tables to dining table and chairs. The delivery was easy to setup and the staff were willing to adjust the furniture in the new space however we needed. The pricing was in line with comparable stores.nnWe were so pleased with our experience there that we have continued to purchase from them. We sold our old home and are now using Slumberland to furnish our new home. It's definitely worth taking a look at their inventory when making a furniture purchase.
Adam was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions.nWe just moved into our new home and Adam encouraged us to look around.nWe left with a mattress and box spring set, a chair & ottoman and a beautifulnbuffet. The prices were great and it included delivery which is somethingnwe always look for when shopping for furniture. Excellent service!nI highly recommend Slumberland Furniture.
Great customer service and prices!nn4 months later... ETA, We ordered couches over 4 months ago that are still not in. When I called to check, they told me it would be another two months now. This is the first time I was made aware of this additional delay even though I was told they found out about it shortly after I ordered and all the other times I called to check on the status, this was never mentioned and I was told they would be in on time. We knew about a 16 week delay but I’m now told 26 weeks, and had I known, I wouldn’t have purchased with that long of a wait. I understand that there are delays at this time with everything but some sort of communication prior to this would have been appreciated.
Great products, well-made, and priced reasonably. My Sales Rep, Rebecca, was very polite, knowledgeable, and handled my complete order by phone. She was evidently quite busy at the time, and I could tell she was rushed, but she promptly emailed me a receipt and info. on delivery so I was confident my order was processed. I would definitely purchase from Slumberland Furniture again.
