Excellent Customer Service! I had a great experience shopping at this store. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The prices were good too, and I was not pressured by the salesman about anything. Even the guys who delivered & set up my new bed were great. I recommend this store!
Visited Mattress Direct in OFallon MO yesterday. Was very pleased with the place. Eric met me at the door and let me in. I ended up finding just the perfect set for me and it was all an overall great experience. Eric was a fantastic sales person that listened to my needs and helped me figure out what best suited me. Stopped by to pick up a mattress for a friend, was very impressed with the customer service. Store wasIwas very clean andrand well organized. My daughter needed a mattress and I decided to shop with them because good service can be scarce these days. The associate was verynknowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. A good selection of mattresses, from coil spring to hybrid to the latest in memory foam.nnThey also will deliver and pick up your old mattress!nnI highly recommend them!
