Excellent experience with La-Z-Boy, O'Fallon location. We loved working with the design consultant, Naomi. She took all of the guess work out of it and put together a beautiful family room for us. Such an amazing free service. We can't wait to receive our new furniture!

Fantastic establishment! Although not all of the employees seemed super happy to help Leo was a breath of fresh air. He walked me through the entire buying process and told me absolutely everything I need to know. He is an amazing employee and definitely deserves a raise!nKeep in mind if you’re wanting to purchase furniture it will most likely take 4-6 months.

The employees were curt and I felt as if I was supposed to be the lucky one to be in their presence. We couldn't take the condescending attitude very long. Left and went to Slumberland and had a much better experience and found the pieces we were looking for.

We purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner for $1,282.37 on November 17th, 2020. It was finally delivered on March 18th, 2021. It took 4 months from the date of purchase to receive delivery of the recliner. When the delivery crew arrived they reeked of pot, refused to take off their shoes when they came in the door, and left an oily stain on our carpet. We had to unwrap and assemble the chair ourselves and move it to the correct location. We did a quick look-over of the chair, but we more or less wanted the drivers out of our house. Over the weekend we realized the chair cushion does not sit evenly. It is clearly tilted to one side. I was not able to get a hold of anybody at La-Z-Boy until today. The representative I spoke with said there was nothing she could do for me except send out a repair technician. We were outside of our return and exchange window. To be clear, I don't want to return the chair for a refund. I just want an exchange with a chair that has a proper seat cushion. To say that we're out of luck less than a week after receiving the chair that took 4 months to be delivered is horrible customer service. Buyer beware...Find your furniture elsewhere.

Be wary. They contract out delivery. I am assuming the delivery people put the small tear in our loveseat because they just shoved the furniture through the door or who knows it may have been sent that way. Plus they contract out the furniture repair with US Quality Furniture. So far I have not had a good experience with them. I didn't pay for a loveseat with a tear in it. Plus there is an issue with one of the cushions in the sofa sticking out from the other two. The recliner and sofa both have areas that are lacking stuffing and we noticed that after only having the furniture a couple of days.
