My fiance and I went in looking to replace our King size mattress. It is time, but we were just shopping around. Mattress Firm was our first stop. Robert introduced himself and allowed us to look around. He would check in on us, give us some information on the mattress we were looking at, and then left us to shop. He was attentive, but not pushy. We were not planning to definitely buy today, but I knew my back didn't want to take another month on that mattress. We got everything we needed and for a reasonable price. Robert was great and I will be back to replace my Queen, too.
We absolutely love Rich. We bought our sleep number from him just a year ago which I absolutely love! Our youngest needed a new bed so we knew just the guy to go see. He’s fun and very easy to talk to. If he doesn’t know the answer he gets it for you. Hands down the only place we will go for new beds.
We had a great experience with Todd! He was not pushy or rude. We got the bed we needed and could afford! I have used Mattress Firm before and really like this company.
What a lot of mattresses to choose from! Rich was very helpful and we are looking forward to our new mattress in only 3 days! I do recommend this llace.
